Yes. All our work is covered by the mandatory statutory warranties in QLD and NSW. This includes a 6-year warranty on major structural defects (like the roof frame and foundation) and a 2-year warranty for non-structural items.

A Gable roof is the traditional triangular shape with two sloping sides meeting at a ridge. A Skillion roof is a single, sloping surface. We often recommend Skillion roofs for modern extensions because they allow for clerestory windows and high ceilings.
Yes. We specialize in structural remediation. If your roofline is bowing or has timber rot, our team can strip back the old material, repair or replace the structural trusses, and ensure the roof is once again level and safe.

The Building Process & Planning
Yes. Auscope Building Solutions provides a "Slab to Ridge Capping" service. We manage the design phase, council approvals (DA/CDC), structural carpentry, and final fit-outs. We also coordinate all trusted trades to ensure a seamless build.
While we are structural carpenters by trade, we manage the full installation of Colorbond® and Zincalume® roofing through our specialized roofing partners, ensuring the timber frame and the metal skin are perfectly integrated.
While we are builders and carpenters, we work closely with local architects and draftsmen. We can review your initial sketches to ensure the roof pitch and structural spans are cost-effective and buildable before you submit them to the council.
